Signature dishes include the Lobster Polenta, Lobster Bisque, Fennel & Coriander Crusted Ahi, Duck "Three Ways", Dijon Crusted Colorado Lamb Chops and Prime Dry Aged Filet Mignon. Menu offerings change frequently and are representative of the freshest local ingredients available that day.
