The Driskill Grill menu features "Farm to Table" cuisine, utilizing fresh seasonal produce and showcases select meats and seafood with local, natural and organic products. Signature dishes include the Lobster Polenta, Lobster Bisque, Fennel & Coriander Crusted Ahi, Duck "Three Ways", Dijon Crusted Colorado Lamb Chops and Prime Dry Aged Filet Mignon. Menu offerings change frequently and are representative of the freshest local ingredients available that day. In quiet, elegant surroundings, diners are invited to feast on an ever-changing array of innovative cuisine, regional creations and impeccably prepared traditional fare.
